Wallasey Dock Bridge maintenance - 5th Jan 2012 5:43pm
Essential maintenance of the bridge at the junction of Dock Road and the Twelve Quays Ferry Terminal will start next week.
The Council's Highways Contractor, Colas, will be undertaking urgent repairs from Monday 9 January 2012 for approximately 4 to 6 weeks, subject to appropriate weather conditions.
For safety reasons the road from the bridge's junction with Dock Road to its junction with Twelve Quays Ferry Terminal Access, will be closed temporarily. Traffic will be diverted via Tower Road, Rendel Street, Corporation Road, Duke Street, Dock Road and vice versa. All diversion routes will be signed.
Footpaths will remain open.
