The Liverpool Heritage Market has finished at the Tobacco Warehouse and will open on the 26th February in Sefton Street in Brunswick Business park (just south of Brunswick Station).

The Tobacco warehouse (grade II listed) is to be redeveloped to contain 335 live/work two storey magazined apartments as well as shops and a nursery. It is also planned to create parkland around the building.

The warehouse is the largest free-standing brick building in the world and has 14 stories. When built it had 27 million bricks, I suspect somewhat less than that now considering the derlict state most of it is in.
just somewhere else to sell all the fake shite, hide drugs, lauder money, that’s what went on in the last place

just forgot they will be getting a grow on in the Tobacco Warehouse now as its empty, keep checking the liverpool echo

I like you , laugh
was down by Stanley Dock market yesterday and there were film crews and guys in Hi viz jackets and radios blocking roads off for filming. Anyone know whats being filmed?
No idea - but a sequel to Captain America has started, the previous one was partly filmed there.
We've had a few of our units hired over there this week to finish up from the original filming a couple of months ago.

If its the film crew we were with it's an episode for the series "New Tricks"
Got to say I loved this market!

Don't think it matters if some stuff was old tat as you call it micsey, people have got to make a buck or two to get by.

I've had some really good things from there in the past and I'm sure I won't be alone to say that.

Most markets sell crap to so guess you must be knocking most markets then.
Recently its been quite a bit different, most of the stuff was ok and there were even a few up-market stalls.
