Wirral pensioner taken to hospital following collision
AN 85-year-old woman has been taken to hospital with minor head injuries following a collision with a bus in Birkenhead town centre this afternoon.

Police and paramedics were called to Argyle Street following the incident, which occurred at around 12.50pm. The woman was taken to hospital for checks.

An investigation is underway to establish what happened.

Ban the busses!
Ay Ste, it could have been caused by the pensioner!! Can't always blame the busses, though some of the drivers are pricks on the road, they do a damn hard, and vital job!

Pensioners on the other hand, simply cause pointless congestion on the roads lol.
when my hubby was a taxi driver a pensioner walked out in front of him he was only going slow, that was before the crossing was there.
