M53 Merseyside - Stationary traffic on M53 northbound around J3, A552 (Woodchurch), because of a rolling road-block and a vehicle fire.
Merseyside - Heavy traffic on Kingsway (Wallasey Tunnel) from the Toll booths junction to Liverpool City Centre.

Saw this this morning, was backed up beyond junction 3 and further down. Looks like maybe a big accident as some of those little specialist fire vehicles headed down there.
Junction 4 is closed at the roundabout, opens a 11.30am.
The traffic was crawling through Birkenhead Canning Street area earlier today

I saw fire engines this morning and saw smoke, didn't know it was this, at least there's hopefully no injuries.
