A WIRRAL man was taken to hospital following a two-vehicle smash yesterday.

The incident happened just after 3pm near to Asda on Woodchurch Road, Woodchurch.

The 52-year-old was cut from his vehicle and taken to Arrowe Park Hospital to be treated for whiplash.

It happened at the lights, which I'm still trying to get used to!

I saw this, it appeared a car had hit a taxi, the taxi was stoved in at the back.
wow i must have just missed that, i came of the motorway at the new lights about that time, i had an appointment at arrowe park hospital at 3.20pm, i didnt see anything at that time, but it was the first time id seen the new lights.

and what a crock of shyte they are too. IMHO a total waste of money
there has been three or four crashes since those new lights and the new right turn at asda.i watched a car hit the back of a bus last wedensday afternoon, was not a bad crash but could not work out who was at fault,a bit of both i think.
