Police appeal for public's help in search of missing drugs

POLICE are appealing for the public's help after a bag of prescription drugs was reported missing in Wallasey.

The box of Citalopram was lost around at around midday on Friday, March 13, and was contained in a Somerville Pharmacy paper bag.

Although generally considered safe with dosages of 1-80 mg per day, the anti-depressant medication should not be taken by anyone they are not prescribed for, particularly children, and can have fatal consequences with dosages of 840mg to 1960mg.

Anyone who finds the medication or has any information is asked to hand it in to their nearest police station or call Merseyside Police on 0151 709 6010.

Friday was the 12th. Saturday was the 13th.
If they can't get the date right, how can you believe a word they've written!!
