It happened about 20 mins ago a pizza delivery guy turned his car speeding on poulton rd in wallaey

I wonder if he got out and demanded to deliver the pizza, like off a film

Pizza's are shite anyway, foreign crap.
It could be just the light, but his front n/s tyre looks a bit thin in the tread dept. (centre of tyre/over inflated ?). Best do him for tyre offence, speeding, dangerous driving, obstruction. Yes Bert, above all, delivering foreign crap !! (That last offence should be 25yrs in the cooler at least)
