Has anyone else seen this out and about?? It's one of those horrible Smart cars, black & white, with a CCTV camera on it. It looks like a periscope coming up through the roof

they are to try catch you driving using mobile phones ect and record the evidence

I hate how they have to put big CCTV logos everywhere, and then can pull you over in a completely unmarked car.... where's the logic.... I think its a good idea though, I can't count the number of times I've had to get myself out of the way of a driver yappin on their phone.... its dead funny pullin up next to them at the lights, just rev the bollox out my bike and they can't hear a thing... lol

lol, yeah.... done that a couple times myself.... LoL I like to pull up next to scooters at the lights and see if they wanna race.... see if they are stupid enough to try... thats the most fun, take off dead slow so they are just in front of ya.... lol.... till you cross the intersection... lol
