Bid to beat the bullies in Wirral

PUPILS are behind a new campaign to banish bullies from Wirral.

The NHS-backed Wirral Healthy Schools scheme challenged pupils in the borough to come up with anti-bullying slogans and posters.

The powerful winning creations are now flooding community venues to get across the message bullying will not be tolerated.

Locations include GP surgeries, schools, youth clubs and supermarkets.

Liverpool charity Bullybusters last night backed the scheme, saying pupils should play an anti-bullying role.

Good to do something.. but what bullies are going to look at a banner and stop bullying because of it?

More severe punishments to be given, less wasting money on posters and awareness
