A 30-year-old man is to appear in court charged with the murder of a man on Merseyside.
The body of 40-year-old John Paul Coppell was discovered by police at his flat in Argyle Street in Birkenhead, Wirral, on Friday morning.
Anthony Essem, who is from Birkenhead, is due to appear before magistrates in the town on Monday.
A 51-year-old woman, who was also held on suspicion of murder, has been released pending further enquiries.
