A motorcyclist has died in a three-vehicle pile-up in Cheshire.
Emergency services were called to the junction of Sutton Way and The Boulevard in Ellesmere Port just after 1800 BST on Tuesday.
The 32-year-old local man's blue Suzuki bike had been involved in a crash with a black Toyota and red Citroen.
He had sustained serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. Police have arrested a man and woman over the incident.
The 31-year-old woman and 44-year-old man remained in custody on Wednesday.
