hi everybody i just just wonderin if u cud help me i have a corsa 1.4 with 15's on an i want to lower it , do i need a whole kit or just the springs an how low wud you recommend to go without havin to mess with the arches?
with a corsa on 15s, you could probably lower it about 60mm. you'll need new dampers though cos you'll hammer your standard ones and they could bottom out.
exploding_penguin's the dude to ask. im pretty sure the only thing he likes more than a huge ICE install is a slammed car on its ass.
so will i only need to buy bampers an springs or wud u recomend the whole kit, i was thinkin bout goin 40m that way i know any overloadin of the car aint gonna result in rubbin
your best off buying springs and dampers.
the uprated dampers have thicker oil than standard dampers, and can withstand more of a beating than standard dampers with thinner oil in them (thinner oil for a comfier ride) so miss-matching uprated springs with standard dampers can result in oil p!ssing out of the dampers, and you dont want that!
hope this helps

im lookin at gettin the gmax supersport spring kit that lowers by 35m how much cud autosafe fit and check all the settins for?
i reckon save up and get full kit. Before i put koni's on mine i had lowered springs on front with standard shocks and it was a really bouncy ride.
the ride doesnt bother me i quite like the feel of the rough ride im just baffered for what to get cheers for ur input tho woodsy mate
