i have started to hear like a grinding noise on the driver side wheel i have had the wheel and the brake pads off cant find anything wrong. And also lately using a hell of alot of petrol but goin slower? any one help cheers

it happens as i pull off but gets louder the faster i go and then louder again when i brake. it sounds lke something is rubbing on the brake but i have had it off and cant see any problem??

Wheel bearings. If it stops slightly when the wheel is turned, that's what it is. Took mine off, and pieces of bearing fell out. Get it sorted because it can lock the wheel up in severe cases.

alright ste, my gay mate had that same problem as you and it was the thread on his locking nut, it can wear or some **** on some lockin nuts! no help at all for u there but u never no!
