if the offset and pcd of a wheel is the same but the center bore dont match is that gonna cause major probs if i fit the wheels??

The wheel centre bore needs to be bigger so it fits over the hub, the wheel wont centralise properly and it will cause a vibration. You can buy a spiggot to take up the differance.

I would have thought with the bolt being tapered and the holes aswell it should pull central with them, i always thought they were to make it easier when lining the holes up i:e something to support the wheel think

The tapered bolts do help pull it central but they dont get it 110% and it does still cause a vibration.
