i think it has gone on my car and need a garage to get it done does anyone know if this is expensive or not ???

On most cars the whole dashboard has to be removed therefore makes it a horrible job to do smack

You can by-pass it to prevent you loosing engine coolant and further damaging your engine as a temporary measure but this means you have no HOT air from your heaters.

Try phoning some of the sponsers mate, that way you will get an idea of costs involved

ya got it by passed as at mo cant afford to fix at mo

Get down the back of the engine bay, undo both pipes from the matrix (they'll be sticking out and a load of coolant will start coming out), stick a hose in one and give it a good blast, prepare for brown rusty water. You probably had not enough coolant in, this stops the insides rusting.
You'll have to change the water, it should be changed every 2 years. smile
