aint doubting that they quik m8! just that its a rover...after seein a rover v8 in a fiat 127 with rear wheel drive, anything is possible! i personally just don't like rovers & vauxhalls...don't hold it against people tho. thats the beauty of moddin, every 1 has their own tastes and styles thats wot makes it so unique. i know 4 a fact that not every 1 likes french cars, yours and mine included! but they're to our liking m8!

Evo, nice looks? They look capable and aggressive for sure, but they're not nice looking

4 wheel drive means transmission losses, which means less speed over power output, (although more traction off the line).

I like the idea of cars like this Rover, street sleepers, there was one going 'round Birkenhead for a while which was very quick, (looked almost stock too).

There's been quite a few quick rovers over the years, sure they have problems but they don't have the sort of budget that Mitsubishi have (nor all the technology that the Evo has), just goes to show what a bit of engine modding can do to a more or less normal everyday car.

theres a guy going round in an old VW. not too sure what it is (a jetta maybe), its G reg and its blue. to look at it, you'd think its standard. but when you look closely theres a roll cage in the back, and he's had a VR6 engine transplant. but it doesnt even have alloys, its a wolf in sheeps clothing.

I like that thing about street sleepers! its true ive spent 2k on my car since december and not one of them was body mods! im sorry scoob I love your car but if you pulled up at the lights against someone they know exactly whats gonna happen! there gettin the thrashin of there life! even corsa 1.2s try and have me from the lights and then get the shock of there lifes!LOL

but I think a flamer kit is in the pipe lines( get it pipe lines!LOL)to scare them off!

Lazy ben i've seen that jetta, only got a 1.1 but tryed it at the lights. not that quick really but can hold gears longer than me so got ahead(was only a short sprint) didnt really have time to pick up speed. i do love a stock car with big engine. i asked ecosse about a 1.9 205 gti in my 106, the engine was to big for the mounts and the bay <img border="0" alt="[laff my ass off]" title="" src="graemlins/cwemotions042.gif" />

If you think about it theres a great advantage to having that speed in a rover as nobody expects it so when some little tyke tries to race you, they will get the shock of there lives and u a big smile on your face!! nice one son!
