hi, i have found a website on the internet where i can get window tints allready cut to the exact size of the windows, had anybody put tints on before, is it hard? or is it like sun strips where you can put them in warm soappy water so you can move them around for a bit before they set, also the set for the back three windows is only £15, and i can get a %10 discount

cheers webmaster, so, why are they so hard to do then, cause of the curve of the windows?

Just fiddley, no second chances.
+ any curves.

i thought it was a right pain. but it is good once they are on. and you get better at it on each window you do.

I may give this a try on my car. Get the rolls of film.Sticking it on relatively flat-removable windows is a damn site easier than the rear window. The guys who tinted my first car done a fantastic job.It took 2 guys 10 hours but there was not a single problem.no bubbles streaks or owt like that

i used a company who came out to the house, was a bit expensive but i guess that was beacuse it only took them an hr and a half and their petty, it all depends how quickly you want ti done, mind you it depends on alot of things really

Advanced tints,or Advanced autotints (not sure on the name any more. It was 2 years ago) in wrexham done it. It cost 250 quid but i couldnt have asked for better. They made absolutely sure it was perfect. Id recomend them to anyone. Cos the companies that charge 150 quid just slap em on and hope they are ok. And they dont dry the film fully.Vynl graphix gave my big bro his car back after a couple of hours and said. Dont open the windows for a few days. They were bubbly and had one long crease in. Also loadsa water underneath em. I screamed at him for handing his cash over for that!! However, they did re-do it as he took it back. And it was perfect in the glass but at the edges were the black dots are it wasnt pushed into any of the gaps in the dots
