I need are certain thickness removing off a caliper carrier, I dont fancy taking a grinder to it as I want it to be equal both sides (flat). Does anyone know of somewhere local that can do this for me? I need 4mm removing but it needs to be accurate

None of the sponsers have machining facilities to the best of my knowledge.

Merseyside engine parts just over the four bridges is probably the best place Dazza or maybe PM Rhys as he is in engineering.

Most engineering shops should be able to do that for you as its quite a simple job to do with the correct equipment.

Speak to tony chav he will do it for ya

or if when you see me explain the job in detail and i will see if i can get away with pretending its for me and get my boss to send it to a machinist.

There is n engineering company at lower brassey street, they can do it no problem.
