since starting to modd my corsa i hav started to worry more an more about where i leave my car

so i hav decided to hav a security alarm fitted to the car its not insurance approved but it gives me that big more piece of mind when leavin it in car parks,

it consists of tamper proof doors, bonnet, boot an windows, engine imobiliser an panic switch an

im gettin it done by cablex by the kings pub, £150 ill post up tomoz what its like an the service!

1 of the best mods 2 a car is an alarm u cant b 2 carefull these days.

there are too many scumbags around, and not having an alarm on your car makes it an easy target. it was one of the 1st things i hadd fitted to my car

just got it bk an the alarm is a meta alarm an im very impressed with it

ok its not insurance covered but i feel alot beta about leavin it places.

an i think ill def hear it as its not the quietest alarm

overall very impressed an i wud recommend cablex to any1 whos lookin for an alarm he was very helful as the job was dun neatly an within 2 hours

is it an immobiliser as well u cant beat em mine is an alarm/immobiliser and remote central locking im pleased with mine because its a 4 door when u put the key in the ignition all the doors lock and if u dont hurry up and get in when u open the doors the ignition wont work its quality its A TOAD CAT 1 NOT SURE WHICH 1 IT IS THOUGH.

aye, Steve's a decent fella, he fitted a meta alarm to the c/l on my Astra. I think it's cat2 btw, cost the same as yours anyway. Does what I want it to and a good price for such tidy work laugh

totally agree jimbo the alarms bloody loud to! dj yeah it has an engine imobiliser an it has movement sensers inside the car so iv you manage to get in the car then its triggered off when u move

top guy an i think ill b usin him again as he quoted me 80quid to have central lockin put in!

yes mines got them sensors thats great but now with all these high tech theivin ... they will get ur car somehow they will just tow it off with the alarm goin they just dont care even if u go out they wont run off and leave ur moter they will just put a gun 2 ya

ye thats true but u feel insecure about leavin it anywhere no matter how much security u got ive got a cctv camera pointed at my car on my drive but im still worried i know its only an astra but its my baby and bet ull all agree the same with all ur cars 4 deffo
