Watch the 325i mate as the radiator has gone, this is normally due to the head gasket being blown, big money to repair....

Try this one.......

Or this one

Or even this one.......

The 200sx are good cars. Fast, handle well, reliable and look good. You can adjust the camber settings too wink

This is on wirral vxr

Escort MK3 rally car, very rare early (81/82) MK3 on an `X` plate. Full cage, harneses, guages, switches, dials.
Nice set of alloys, peco exhaust etc. Too much to list. Not a boy-racer look-a-like but the real deal.
Top half of bodywork suprisingly solid and dentrust free. Engine partly stripped (top end off) but all there and includes new headgasket etc.
Will require some relatively simple work to get back in use but way too good to scrap or break for parts.

Gilt-edged investment for someone-early MK3`s are getting really hard to find now and if you want an indication of what it`ll be worth in the future try trying to find a MK2 and see how much they go for.

Purchaser will need to apply for V5 unless it turns up beforehand but you will get a full written money back warranty that the car is legally mine to sell. Open to offers before it goes on eBay.
No idea what it`s worth, try making me an offer-if it seems fair enough you can take it away. Inspection welcome, car is in Chester near M53 and A41. Any questions or enquiries to: [email protected]
Cheers,

Had a look at the escort on e-bay today. Wouldnt be a bad idea if i had room to store it plus by the way its going its going to go for more than i wont to pay.

Seen this today like these cars pitty is 4door but i did have a 2ltr pinto one about 6years ago went like pooh of a shovel.

The 200sx never made the reserve and the blue 2 tone bm lad phoned me today to see if a was messing him about. Sounds sweet NEEDS WORK THOUGHT. Has a lsd which i wont and its only a broken rad so shouldnt be to hard to fix.

DONT LIKE THE BACKLIGHTS LOOK AWFULL.

When i get up and running i am going to be taking 2 cars so i need 2 drivers 1st 2 people to ask and DEFO wont to do it can drive the other car which will be a 3.0 carlton or a 325 bm

Let me know on this post y it should be u (will start a poll or something) and i promise all you the 2 winning drivers have to do is pay for the car to go on the track which is £95 (between the 2 of you £44.50 each) and for a £5 fee you can take a driver passengers have to pay that on the day no money will come to me you can pay trackday peps)

Posted By: spinking Re: Trackday car which one? - 29th Aug 2005 8:29pm
smack smack 234 miles why o why did i think it was manchester way smack smack

Would it be cheaper if i went down by train or car????
Posted By: Scooby Re: Trackday car which one? - 29th Aug 2005 9:53pm
PMSL, thats why i didnt bid on the car matey.....

You will need a trailer due to the Brake Caliper sticking on it. If you try to drive it back the brake caliper will stick on more and more until the car stops.

Guess i am the wise man this time, carnt wait to see it though mate. Great choice of car just a bit distance to collect it. A full day (10 - 12 Hrs) driving with a trailer in toe, approx £100 fuel omg

Very tempted with this one :

1976 FORD escort mk2 rally car

[Linked Image]

This escort is registered as a 1300cc but it actually has a 1600cc crossflow engine and a four speed box. The engine has also got a k&n airfilter, ashley competition exhaust and its also been cammed. The escort has bilstein suspension all round, 4 pot calipers on the front, battery relocated to the boot, internal brake and fuel lines two sparco bucket seats plus 4-point harnesses and a safety devices roll cage. It has had a mint respray and forest arches fitted. the shell itself is in immaculate condition for its age.

See how it goes and with the option of dropping a 2.1 Pinto or a 2.0 16v redtop lump into it with a 5 speed box.

Great toy i think think

Missed it as i had to go to Blackburn and i got back too late to bid, but it went for £2750 and to be honest i wouldnt have paid that for it. Maybe if it was a 2.1 Pinto or red-top think

The quest continues......
