oh no i was fixing the radio i think the last owner had swaped the radio over the aieral had been disconnected

130,000 miles, no a/c and doesn't have a garrett turbo though??

it defintaly has a turbo ill get some better pics up at the weekend its the same as weelans old passat its a garret turbo

IIRC all the VAG TDi (VW, Audi, Skoda) cars use a Garrett turbo.

The only reason for Joes mates not having one, is that the OEM unit failed, and has been replaced with a non Garrett replacement.

oh is that why, he knows the lad who had my car before me and thought it diddnt have a turbo but it has.

You cant really miss it on those engines it sits pretty high and is easily visable

yeah its visible in the bay with garret in big letters lol
