As you all probably know i have now got a new car, well it is actually a jeep! Scooby bought me a Suzuki Vitara Rossini for my 21st birthday and guess what, its PINK!!!

The Rossini is a limited edition pink jeep and there were only 250 made in the UK. it has a 1.6 engine and its original colour is PINK!

My jeep has a fat boy body kit, fat boy alloys and side steps on it and a stainless steel bull bar at the front.

Heres a few pics of my jeep when i got it on my 21st birthday:

[Linked Image]

If u can get mirror tints do it,however,i believe they are illegal, reflect the sun into others eyes apparently. The silver touches look good, and if u can get a nice big set of five spokes and paint em like that go for it,not sure on what sorta wheels are available for a 4x4 tho.Its gonna be one helluva girls car this one aint it??
Posted By: kara Re: Scoobys B*tch: Suzuki Vitara Rossini - 7th Jan 2006 2:16pm
i like the tinted windows and the chrome wheels with the touch of pink, but i also like the white and pink wheels because the white goes with the white on the soft top. kim you have alot of choices hehe its going to be hard to make a decision because they are all nice.
well i have listened to all your advice and opinions and i am going to get mirror tints on the front windows and smoked tints on the soft top roof so it will look like this

[Linked Image]

i have also had a chat with webby and he is going to do my graphics for me, i have chose my vinals and they are lovely, i have chose chrome and glittery pink. i cant wait to get it all done. it is prob gonna take a full day to get the windows tinted and graphics put on.
the graphics are going to look something like this:

side:

[Linked Image]

back

[Linked Image]

i will post a front picture as soon as i get one so you will all be able to see my sun strip. i am also gonna have chrome cruisewirral graffix but havent decided where to put them yet as mywindows will have mirror tints already so the chrome would clash.
i have had a quote for a new soft top with smoke tinted windows for £240 delivered from Don Trimming in birmingham.

Don Trimming Web site

i am just going to ring around and get a few other quotes from other places as i want to get the best quality roof that is gonna look the best and last the longest. i dont mind paying more for quality coz i think you get what you pay for in most cases.

i am a gutted today as when i woke up this morning someone had keyed my jeep on the drivers door, i cried my eyes out. click here to jump to the topic in carz chit chat about my jeep being keyed.

I am happier now tho coz i have had a brilliant quote off automotion to fix it and any other stone chips or marks on the body work. i am looking on the bright side of things now i am over the initial shock and upset coz i have now realised that by getting all the body work done it will look better once my new graffix and roof are on. im quite excited now to get it all done.

Always look on the bright side of life lol.

i have been putting together a little presentation folder about all my mods step by step so that when my jeep grows up to be a shiny show jeep at the shows then ppl who might be intrested about it can see what i have done to it. i think it looks really good upto now, even if i do say so myself lol, its even in a pink folder so it goes with the jeep.

i have been thinking about getting my wheels refurbished as they are a bit rusted around the centers and are the only thing that really lets my jeep down. I dont know whether to get them sprayed white or to get them refurbished, what are your opinions? pros and cons?

help me please peeps.

go white will look mint against the pink bodywork,

saw it for the first time last night, its well cool. the colour stands out even at night. spot on kim.
Posted By: Johnny Alan Re: Scoobys B*tch: Suzuki Vitara Rossini - 10th Feb 2006 5:12pm
I think you get them sprayed white cheaper of the two and if you were to get them recromed the chasnces are it wont be heavy and therfore will rust the second it rains. Do as daz said happy
Posted By: scoop Re: Scoobys B*tch: Suzuki Vitara Rossini - 10th Feb 2006 7:40pm
recon them and spray them white,u cant spray over rust, are there any marks on them, refurb will cost about 50 pound a wheel, including spraying them "pretty much any colour"

it not the hole wheel the wheels are fine i thinks she is talking about the centre cap that covers the nut on the drive shaft, see pics, there chrome at the moment smile

I have two chrome hub centre caps you could probably have hun, if that's any help. If you're gettin locking front hubs anyway then you'd only need them on the back.

Posted By: Scoobys b*tch Re: Scoobys B*tch: Suzuki Vitara Rossini - 28th Apr 2006 10:02pm
I thought i would update my car topic and let everyone know where im upto with my jeep.
as you probably already know i have bought and fitted a new roof with tinted windows which is 10 times better than the one that was on the jeep when i got it. it looks so much nicer with the new roof on.

i bought some pink under car neons about a month ago but im waiting for them to be fitted. cant wait till they are on, they will look sooooo pink.

i am in the process of getting the graffix designed and made by webby, hopefully they will be on my car soon. its deffo gotta be in time for the nationals. this is what its going to be along the lines of:

[Linked Image]

[Linked Image]

i have decided against the mirror tints as its hard enough to see out of the back windows so really i need as much visibility as possible out of the front windows but as my back windows are already tinted then it makes the front windows look quite dark anyway so it doesnt really look odd,

depending on how much money i have got i might get my wheels sprayed white in time for the nationals too. lets hope i will the lottery!

i think ive got nationals fever at the moment lol. i have got a load of ice in the loft to do an install. i am loving the install in the silver fiesta, its lovely.

[Linked Image]

i might try and do mine like that but with pink lighting and bits. i cant have anything to big and bulky in the back of my jeep as there is not much space in the little boot.
Posted By: Sassy Re: Scoobys B*tch: Suzuki Vitara Rossini - 2nd May 2006 9:35pm
i want one for my 21st aswell any offers?
Posted By: Scoobys b*tch Re: Scoobys B*tch: Suzuki Vitara Rossini - 19th May 2006 9:09pm
I gave my keys to scooby on tuesday thinking that my jeep was getting a service, it turns out it hasnt had a service but it has had a makeover!

scooby brought it back today and its a totally transformed jeep, i cant believe it, it is gorgeous and it turns everyones heads when i drive it.

I want to say a MASSIVE THANK YOU to Webmaster
(sign-bay) for doing my stunning Graphics, Pete at Automotion for doing an amazing job at spraying my wheels and scooby for doing all the hard work that has been done. im absolutely made up with my jeep, its like having a new car all over again. thumbsup

here are a few pictures of my jeep at different stages of her makeover:

Here she is looking pretty in her chrome Playboy graphics.

[Linked Image]

[Linked Image]

[Linked Image]

And the pink and white wheels that i have been dreaming about for months are now real, they make my jeep stand out so much!

they are my old alloys but scooby has had to spend hours sanding them down by hand to prep them for spraying as they were seriously in bad condition.

i have got new chrome center caps which set the wheels off. the chrome matches my graffix.

[Linked Image]

[Linked Image]

[Linked Image]

[Linked Image]

Scooby has also fitted my pink neons to my jeep but i am waiting for it to go dark so i can see the full effect of what they look like. i will take some pics and post them up as soon as it gets dark enough.

I Love you scooby but u had better watch out coz I love my jeep nearly as much as I love you lol.

so what do you guys and gals think of my pink jeep? hope you all like the changes.

nice rims, just goes to show that you dont have to spend silly money on new ones to make your motor look good, all you need is a can of spay paint, perhaps you could show j a thing or two when its comes to value for money on rims, ( ha ha 26" rims lol)

Yeah, Credit where credit is due. The B*tch designed everything herself, i just get told what to do of her think (Sun Glasses, hoody, baseball cap)

I think she has done excellent with the Jeep, its far exceeded my expetations thumbsup

lol, yeah i have said thank you to jay for everything about a thousand and 1 times, as scoop says it was automotion and signbay as well as jay but its my designs. i dont think jay would like to take the credit for the designs, he has his pride as a bloke and he is not gay haha.

update on the pink sub box ........ i have contacted them via the contact me email thingy and im just waiting for a reply, lets not hold our breath lol.
you never know, i might be able to get them from the nationals, my friend mr credit card will be making an appearance if they are there lol.

i have just bought whelans dvd player and motorised screen off Karl Focus, cant wait to get it all fitted, it wont be done before the nationals but it will give me time to pick up some ice stuff while im there if i see any pink things. i have got a few bits and bobs for the install upto now but i need to get one or maybe 2 decent sub boxes for it.

i know its only a little thing but i have just put pink playboy wheel centers on my wheels and they look sweet.(all by myself lol) they are an exact colour match to my jeep. i will put up some pictures when i get some as its going dark outside now.

dont know if this would interest you but on the fli website www.fliaudio.co.uk there is a pink active sub box. its a 10inch sub not a 12 but that way evrything will be pink coz you wouldnt need an amp then.

wots next hun?? if there is anything, its looks complete to me happy happy

Thank you hun, i love my car sooo much. i will get some pics of my dvd player up as soon as i can so you can all see. aww mums are cute arnt they, my mum doesnt understand all the things in my car, she just nods and says wow thats good lol. the next thing i want to do is my install, i have got all the stuff so its just a case of finding time for scooby to help me do it *wink wink* lol.
its very nearly complete but im sure i will think of other things to do to it here and there like recovering the seats in pink leather. i would like a customised exhaust in the shape of the playboy bunny if anyone has any sugestions of where i might be able to get that done?
i also want to buy a hard top for in the winter as its ffffffreezing when you get in it in the morning when its frosty outside. if i got a hard top for it then id prob get a white one as i think a pink one would blend in too much.

its not sorted yet but i will get it sorted soon, it just means i cant use it while im driving but its not that often that i have a passenger to watch it anyways, apart from max lol. i think it took jay about 5 hours to fit it all coz he had to saw away some of my dash and take out 2 of my heaters. it was a bit of a nightmare.

I have the same problem with my herald but ive just got use to changing althuogh it is still very close.Look very gud though.Got any other plan. It hasnt got an exhaust yet has it???

I am after a white hard top for my vitara for the winter, even if i could get one cheap enough in a different colour then i wouldnt mind getting it sprayed white.

[Linked Image]

I have e mailed a seller on Ebay to see if he will sell me his outside ebay. I dont think it looks as nice as the soft top but I think it will be a bit warmer and less noisey with a hard top on and a lot safer too. I would get the back windows tinted like on my soft top so that people cant see in the back and i think it looks a bit better too. if anyone knows of anyone selling one then let me know coz i might be interested.

I was thinking off selling my vitara but i think ive changed my mind now coz i dont think i could part with her, i love her too much lol yes.

I have got all of the stuff to make an install but i need to find the time to make it happen, I want to get a pink playstation too, ive saw them on ebay for about £120

[Linked Image]

I dont think that there is much else for me to do after the install apart from a better exhaust. i was thinking maybe if i could get a custom made exhaust in the shape of a playboy bunny, its different to what anyone else has got anyways lol.

I have got some nice playboy number plates to go on but the whole bumper needs to come off for me to change them which is a bummer, they have been sitting in the house since USC in the summer.

and last but not least Id like to get a personalised number plate that says KIM or PINK.

feel free to throw some ideas at me if you have any - pink ideas only lol.

Posted By: spinking Re: Scoobys B*tch: Suzuki Vitara Rossini - 16th Oct 2006 10:15pm
Would look ok with the hard top i think.

If you have a playstation why not spray it your self and get the playboy bunny put on it?

Like the motor its a nice car.

Iv seen a pink latop on on the net somewhere, food for thought wink

i havent got a playstation tupac, im a deprived child ha ha, but i could buy the pink slimline one and get webby to make me a playboy logo to stick onto it if he would be very kind to do it.

dazza, i saw the pink laptop too mate, it made me think but ive not long had my laptop lol. theres always the idea of spraying my laptop pink ha ha.
Posted By: BMW Joe Re: Scoobys B*tch: Suzuki Vitara Rossini - 16th Oct 2006 11:25pm

It's lookin awesome Kim, you must be really proud. Gonna have to think of somewhere to have our photoshoot smile

On a side note, I've upgraded the free-wheeling hubs on my vit to Aisin ones which are better for off roading, so my standard ones are up for grabs. I actually broke one of them but my bro seems pretty sure he's fixed it. They'll save you fuel, wear and tear, and make you marginally faster. You can have them if you want them, just let me know smile
