Been thinking that was time for a new car but cant be bothered saving up or a finance job anymore so am thinking doing an engine upgrade (another topic active about information Click here... )
Current car is a poorly 1.0l Corsa B 98'

Engine Upgrade to a 1.8 or 2.0l and everything else needed for it to run flush
upgraded Suspension and brakes, discs & pads
New Alloys **wolface** (16s)
full system Zorst
Filter and all needed bits and bobs
Front Combat Bumper (with foggies)
Front and rear strut braces
driver and passenger Cobra Monaco buckets with harnesses and subframes
Back seats out
custom flooring with some goodies in-line wink

ICE
Pioneer AVHP5700DVD - headunit
Infinity 5000CS - front components
Infinity 9603i - 6x9
Toxic TX-1500N - Amp 2ch
Toxic TX1000 - Amp 4ch
Subs - **Not decided yet**

You could get a 'Redtop' (otherwise known as a C20XE) for about 300-400 quid, or get an Ecotec for much cheaper.
Ecotec's are 130 bhp (20 less than the XE), but have a lot more torque to them than the XE's. You can also tune them to a proven 200bhp with a few changes here and there, and some parts swap over from the XE, which are stronger.
I'd go for an 2l Ecotec, tuners are starting to realise the potential to the engine, and they're in every Vectra in the scrappy, they can't even give them away.
