Hi guys, my mate has a 1998 ford fiesta zetec, now the story goes...he came home last night from work, parked up, went to bed...got up..tried to start his car and nothing, no cranking over, just nothing...all the idiot lights are on but no starter motor kicking in, he tried bump starting it...nothing...any idea's guys

Have you checked the cable from the battery to the starter motor it may just be a loose lead

, all sorted now oxolfc, he put his red key in and the car started fine...thanks matey
