been toying with the idea for ages....

I have been offered a really nice truck with slide and tilt bed, ideal for low cars/vans.

Is there a market for moving vehicles and picking up scrap., I would be happy to drive anywhere in the uk...

I think also as garages are cutting down on staff and people are working more, even picking up cars and taking them to garages for servicing/work would be an option.

defo a cross roads in my life as Ive been in the same job for 17 years.(a job which I cant get promoted any higher).

discuss

Big overhead.

I dont know what your current job is but you must be entiled to paid holidays, sick pay and maybe some other benefits, dont forget you are on your own as regards the previous plus you need to do vat, paye, national insurance , vehicle maintainance insurane, not trying to put you off but think treally hard before you take the leap, I know how you feel about your job but everyone gets like that sometimes....good luck with whatever you decide

the local trade recovery market is pretty well sown up, think hard before you give up your job.
