hi all as title are there any friendly people in the car trade with access to hpi database ,to check a car out for me ...

long story short i own the car but have no logbook or reg plate for it (due to it being an old escort im restoring )

i need to know what the reg of the car is from the vin no,so i can apply for logbook ???

will gladly pm the chassis no if anyone can do it for me many thanks

apply to the dvla giving chassis/engine numbers?out of interest what is it?

yeah its an old mk3 escort i did have the reg wrote down somewere ,but have somehow mislaid it ,whilst busy on other cars lol
