I have got myself an Astra 56 reg and I am looking to replace the radio with something like a kenwood DPX404U (double size)

As I am posting this of my phone I can't post any links sorry :0(

Can someone please te me if these radios can be replaced

The below link will help with the bits you need. There are a number of adapters depending on if you want the steering controls to work (If the kenwood DPX404U supports that in the first place)

Take a look at the Connects2 website. They will have the correct facia and wiring adaptor. If you the Pioneer has the option of OEM steering wheel control keep them. The adaptor will also supply the ignition supply for the radio

I changed the radio in my 08 plate vectra. you need a wiring harness and a facia surround. Only problem I encountered was changing the time and date if you take the battery off or the clocks go forward or back etc. My alpine sounds well better and louder than the factory one.
