A place like that already exists in birkenhead. They charge 10 pound an hr and have tools to hire etc.etc. they have quite a few ramps. It was in the globe the other week

10 quid is OK for small jobs, might be worth taking to a garage for a whole day though. There are some jobs you can't do lying on your back on the driveway.
