Found this on the BBC website, every point of light represents an accident. Birkenhead to New Brighton is quite bright.

Looks similar to the maps shown light pollution in the UK.

I believe that once you pass your driving test and get you first car ,you then learn how to drive

Never noticed the Navigation tab, if you pop the postcode in it gives the details of each accident. Each accident is a fatality.
