Noticed on the Wirral Council website that the owners of Junction One Reatil Park have put in a planning permission request to convert the Halfords store at Bidston Moss into three retail units.
Anyone know if Halfords are moving somewhere local or just closing down/downsizing?
I was speaking to security guard in morrisons new brighton, he said there is going to be a halfords there

Next have been in talks about that site since Mfi went.
the original artists impressions of the morrisons included retail units, they used mock ups of Halfords, Next and Pets at home to demonsrate this.
Maybe a clue in that artists impression or maybe just coincidence.
