It says a lot about the state of drivers around here that you needed to post this.

Thanks for the warning, I live off Seabank. They were there a couple of weeks ago. Other places to watch out for are Bayswater Road, where you come off the bypass (Wallasey link road), the bend on the dock road between Duke St and Poulton Bridge, and on New Brighton prom itself.

You'd think they had better things to do.

They spend less time at Bayswater since they got that solar powered flashing 30 sign.

Wirral does OK for speed cameras generally, there's not many of them.

I'm always surprised when I drive elsewhere.

Perhaps I just don't understand why people would need a warning in order to prompt them not to speed in a residential area.

Presumably you've never exceeded an arbitrary 30mph speed limit?

There's 5mph signs up in my work car park, I once did 15mph. Honest.

Maybe that's because you haven't got a car and walk everywhere.

Add Beaufort Road in Birkenhead to the list (as I found out to my cost a few weeks ago)
