Pic of manual attached, is there any body that could work it out, am struggling with the bit circled in red.
2nd pic is what state my car is in now, if there is any one brave enough to takle it give me your price, believe or not there is only 4 wires am stuck on.

Its just the standard connections on your ignition switch ...

12V - Supply
ACC -Accesories postion
On - normal ignition on
STR - Starter motor on

If you have a haynes the colours of your wires will be in there.

Waht i can not work out is which colours go from the remote starter to the terminals you mention in your post, as if you look on diagram it mentions pink, blue, brown, brown and yellow, the strange thing is there is no pink.

It shows you should have a fuse between the remote starter box and the 12v on ignition switch - is it supplied with a lead with an in-line fuse, or is the fuse inside the remote start box. Whatever, this lead looks like it is the supply lead to the remote start box (I guess its a relay box).

For a clue as to what they call pink - the siren output is also pink on the 12 pole connector.
