Hi Ste,its in the marina carpark in chirk.
I'm trying to find the owner,but i think he must be out on holidays.

Looks like a repro jobbie alright - but a nice one! Radials, light clusters, skimpy wishbones etc. give it away. Still too good to be left outside. Looks like it hasn't been in that spot for too long though. Repro or not - a few bob's worth ! I'd give it shed room.
