R reg Almera with ABS, been bleeding using an auto-bleed tube in a bottle of fluid which is normally quite foolproof. Even done this with the servo running to blast the air out better.

Without the servo the brakes feel solid and no sinking, but with the servo there is excessive pedal movement, no noticeable leaks.

Put nearly a litre of fluid through the system now, having already replaced the master cylinder with one from the scrappy.

Also replaced the front pads so all pads have a good depth, this made a very noticeable improvement.

Strange thing is that if you bleed NSR it seems to improve, but when you bleed OSR is goes worse again????

Are these known to be finicky or is probably still the master cyclinder knacked?

Cars! who'd 'ave them?
