Well i do it all day for a living but it depends what you want, is it airbrushing spots on a neg, colour seperation, adding colour tone highlights demuxing black areas.

multi mask layers, clipping paths, text on a path, art direction studio stuff.

or copying and resaving down for websafe colours.
