They are used touring car tyres, these even still have JT (James Thompson) still written on them. Had very little use, most likely been rears, and only used for a few laps...

Yup 8-9" wheels.

In running 8 front and 9 rear, but these will fit both sizes of wheels and Ill have the same size all round.

Ill just soften the rear shocks to accomodate for the reduction in tyre roll.

What does the 610 part mean?

Haven't come across that before....

Its the overall diameter of the tyre - race tyres dont work in aspect ratios.
