I just saw the reyland Focus drive through Moreton!!!!!

I heard it coming and though 'that sounds very 80's Ford', turned round and there it was. I knew he lives round these ways (not saying where of course), and knew he had it sprayed at sprayforce in moreton but was yet to see it. Just made my day that has.

Anyone who doesnt know it, its covered on a Ford mag (think it was Fast Ford) and started life as a Saff cossie 2wd. He tuned the engine up a bit but then looked underneath and the floor had had it. So he was looking around for something to fit his newly built engine into and ended up with a 1.6 focus. I think he used the main portions of the saff floor but not sure. It ended up with another rebuild and around 500bhp.

Heres the only image i can find of it and a link to the build thread. Legandary car worthy of the reyland colours!

Is a superb car, He sent the Focus with the sierra floor pan to AG in Scotland (700bhp Carbon Fibre Focus)

Both Andy and Davey have done a quality build on this, hope it sets as good times as it looks!!

Is the AG car the blue or the white one? I know i saw the blue one at Oulton and it was immense but i dont remember if it was AG or not.

Genuine awesomeness. I like the V8 conversions you can get for Focus's in America, brilliant idea. Make a proper sleeper with a pea shooter exhaust, but have one of those 60's style exhaust valves with a hidden unsilenced side exit smile

The white one was his 1st Mk2 which he sold to Charlie Shaw, he owned a Mk1 Focus Cossie.

Ag then made his 2nd Focus which he sprayed Blue, Shaw also colour changed to Blue aswell.

And yes he was at Oulton, bearing in mind he was 250bhp down on the Roger Clark Impreza he was quicker in the wet than him.
New engine will be 750+bhp.

Few links of the AG focus's at Knockhill
