I didnt really know where to post this but what the heck !

I saw this on the news north west, if they dont get enough tickets sold after weeks 2 you get a refund, they can only sell so many tickets (the amount to what the car is worth) seems like a case of in for £20 out for £40k..........
and they except pay pal which makes things abit easyier

Is the Sanchez house-trained?
Posted By: Sanchez Re: Win a sports car - 19th Mar 2009 12:20am
Lol, that would be the sanchez 5000 model.
Posted By: MissGuided Re: Win a sports car - 19th Mar 2009 12:21am
Is it also self-cleaning?

Can it make tea?
Posted By: Sanchez Re: Win a sports car - 19th Mar 2009 12:23am
It can perform all of the above and much more, If you really want to be 'blown' away, then you'll need the sanchez 10k model, 0 to orgasmetron in seconds !
Posted By: MissGuided Re: Win a sports car - 19th Mar 2009 12:24am
Sorry - how many seconds? you did not state the seconds...just writing the word 'seconds' is not sufficient for this kind of advertisement...

Well you could unchain him from the bed - chain him to the kitchen sink instead to do the dishes for a bit yes

Back on topic, whats the legality of this kind of draw.

I heard somethign about the on R4 the other week, where people where Illegally running prize draws for cars / houses....

Any prize draw is essentially gambling, and requires a license, free prize draws, and skill prize draws (like spot the ball) come outside that legislation....

Quote
The new Gambling Act defines and differentiates lotteries, betting (which can include certain prize competitions) and gaming (that is playing a game of chance for a prize). Skill competitions and free prize draws remain outside the Gambling Act – but it is important to structure such competitions and draws so that they do not inadvertently fall within the definition of a lottery, betting or gaming.
