As the title suggests, how do you like yours?

Personally, i like mine medium rare, still pink inside and a bit of blood hehe!

If you going somewhere that knows how to cook 'em - medium Rare.

Gernerally ask for them rare though or a lot of places really tend to over cook them...

I like mine rare, so difficult to get a steak cooked properly!

I like to cook 'em at home in a nice griddle pan with a little garlic crushed into the meat mmmmmmmm.

i like mine med/rare ....good source of iron (though for that side of it i prefer guiness )

bloodin dripping from it because it taste's nicer, when cooked the flavour goes.

its totally ok to eat it raw as long as you seal the outside (flash fry), this is because the bacterier that lives on the outside of the meat cannot penertrate the flesh, therefore by cooking the outside quickly you'll kill all the harmfull germs and the rest is ok !

Still means your eating raw meat inside...

May as well go up and take a bite out of a cow..

Im weird tho me, whatever I eat, especially steak, has to have no Fat on it, or bone

yer, thats ok to eat the rawmeat because the bacterier doesnt live inside it, only on the parts exposed to air, so in sealing the out side your killing all the bacterier, leaving none !

thats sooooo not true dude air particles are tiny so there all inside the meat by fryin it quickly ur jus sealing the bacteria in thats like tryna say u can do the same with chiken an stuff have u herd of saminela ,,,,lol ...

yeh but steak is a red meat, its different to white meats like chicken hun...he is sorta right with what he says......have in said that....steak is the only meat u can really get away with touch frying and eating......

I think it safe to say that anyone posting on here, saying they like it rare, has never died from poisoning
