They've had the panoramic windscreen as an optional extra on the Megane for year's... No fooker takes it though as it is like £600 extra and aint really much use.

Hardly an invention?

do you reckon in a crash you can travel further and higher
than ever before.

It is a good invention for truck drivers,
because even when its raining they can see a bit of skirt.
No need to wait for sunny open top days.

they have a blind on the interior tho mark, that the driver can puul over that gives the feeling of a normal roof. And they are a £600 optional extra, but to replace one, from what i have been told, costs in the region of £1500 to £2000 !!! omg

Mind you most policies that include windscreen cover have summit in the terms and conditions along the lines of a maximum of £350 plus the excess for a windscreen replacement... so it wouldnt be covered for much even if it was...

The best thing from all aspects is therefore, not to get one raftl

not sure how it works, but it is technically a windscreen matty, so should be covered !
