i need my torsion bar on my 306 lowered about 50mm. anyone know of any garages that can do it coz demon tweeks quoted me about £240 just for the bar if i provide the front springs.

I cant recommend anywhere specifically as I havent had it done, but I do know that £250 is pretty steep, £100 - £140 should be fine.

any muppet can adjust it...and you will pay less than that for it...BUT demon tweeks will do a proper job..it will be right and the car should still handle ok..torsion bars affect the handling massively...and shouldnt be messed with lightly!

I know a lad,tony from a+m conversions would would do it for you..he is the ONLY person I trust to work on my car..he aint cheap either but hes the best damn mechanic i have ever seen..
