Wouldnt pay anywhere near that much for a Williams 3 I am afraid. Had it been a Williams 1 in that condition, maybe, but even then it would be pushing it.

The reason the paintwork looks so shiny is because it has almost certainly been detailed.

These things are becoming pretty rare though, especially in such good condition and low mileage, but it will be a few years yet before they command these sort of prices, especially on the 2 and 3.
