Just got anew car and am after learing to drive the thing proply, just want to go on a airfield day.

Not too sure where is there nearest Airfield to drive on?

nah mate i live by the sportsmans pub, a used to have a silver 2.2 astra now got a vx220 silver one, i was at the tues cruise lastnig!!

Airfield days are great, theres loads of runoff and you can really push the car, but the surface is very abrasive, and you will do a set of tyres in with some sprited driving.

he nearest track, is Oulton Park in Cheshire - much more variety of corners and undulations, and the surface is better, though there is less runoff

I am off on a drift/sprint day which i have arranged.

Its on the 22nd of sept.

There are plenty of otherdays and tracks though through this website.
