They are the same - all RS500's grin

Heres another clip from the Birmingham Super Prix.

Forget crazy arches, mad cambers, alloy wings and understeer!!

Back in the day of the RS500, the engines could produce over 500bhp and put that down through the rear wheels!!

Whilst in a nostalgic BTTC mood, this clip is a little later, when things had gone more FWD

Theres a much better visd on youtube.....From 92 ....Brands hatch GP circuit....Basically John Cleland in the Cavalier vs Andy Rouse and Will Hoy (RIP) ...it only shows the first 2 laps...but my god is it worth it. Best part is about 2 minutes 20 seconds...

Ive got that years season review somewhere on VHS omg

These years where great, they where pretty much just tuned versions of the road cars you could buy, with pretty much the same engine and shell.

It got to about '95 when they started allowing rear wings, and it started to become much more like F1 then. Admittedly, BTCC is better viewing than F1, but it was much better 10-15 years ago smile
