Going to be a big event in New Brighton in August. Big air show and other things going on like the Wirral show used to have. Looks good .

Might be worth a trip home for me

With a bit of luck they'll advertise it properly. The number of things that are put on round here and you know nothing about them until after they've finished is quite a pain in the rear.

Just read about the planes that will be coming. On both days The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight with the Spitfire, Hurricane, Lancaster, Typhoon and Display King Air.
On Sunday Red Arrowes Display team. New Brightons going to be really busy on these days but sounds a good day out.

£10 For car parking all day or Grandstand seat in advance or
*£1 handling fee will be charged to cover postage, printing and credit card fees. Any grandstand seats or parking places available on the day may be purchased for £15 each. Tickets are non-refuntable. Please refer to Terms and Conditions for more details.

That web site is very amateurish for the largest air-show in the northwest.

There will be limited onsite parking and grandstand seating and tickets can be purchased for these items.
An alternative "Park & Ride" system will be operating that will be announced in due course.

On Face book 8hrs ago.
"We are delighted to be able to tell you that we have just had our first aircraft confirmed by the RAF"

Seriously its the biggest with one confirmed aircraft, just like wirral council full of hot air lol

I think there is a bit of a leap of faith going on at the moment.

Four to five hours flying programme each day.

On both days The battle of Britain Memorial Flight with The Spitfire, The Hurricane and The Lancaster.
The Typhoon and Display King Air.
On Sunday the RED ARROWS

Should be a good weekend

Agree about the website, they have not even updated it with the confirmed displays.
