Thanks for posting this, Rocks. Always lots of good stuff on these days. I imagine that the booklets for all Wirral events should be out soon. Usually available from libraries and community centres etc.

GRRRRRRRRRRRRRR...... I have been voted as 'Project Manager' by missy to co-ordinate 'targets' and 'bookings' and 'timings'into as less trips as possible.

E-mails 'ping back' as unrecognised. Stressed out and pissed off.

Hardman House and Williamson Tunnels giving me grief but I do have a nice little Sat/ Sun itinerary lined up wink

Both are unbookable events- so yer, we could arrange a group outing Rocks smile I'm already deciding what to put on me butties!!! laugh

Rude's right, Derek. The Wirral Heritage & History Fair is every Spring at the Town Hall. Very enjoyable it was as well this year. I think they're both run by the same organisation: Wirral Heritage & History Association.

Bidston Lighthouse booked for sept 6 3 o'clock - not many places left then.
More places on the 13th available

phone Amanda: 0151 653 7816 to book (sounded like a bubbly person, lots of laughs)

Since the brochure was printed, three more events have joined Wirral Heritage Open Days. They are Rake Lane Cemetery Tours, St Oswald's Church in Bidston and New Brighton's Wellington Road Conservation Area guided tour. Although absent from the brochure, their details are on the Wirral Heritage Open Days webpages.
