An empty shop initiative with 6 artists over 6 months in an empty shop space.

Visitor Centre, reading library of nature based books, drawing, colouring in and puzzle sheets.

Free Workshops all over the summer months with be advertised locally and on our Facebook page www.facebook.com/newferrybutterflypark or on Twitter @wirralbutterfly.

First Workshop is this Sunday with Artist Gerald Curtis. Eco-Poetry and a Haiku lesson.

Sunday 6th May 11am-4pm hosts our Open Day event at New Ferry Butterfly Park, Howell Rd, (back of Aldi) New Ferry.

We have lots of activities for children including pond dipping and face painting. There will also be Woodland/Countryside Crafts, a Plant sale, cake table, tombola and BBQ.

Admission the to Open Day is Free, all money taken on the stalls will go towards New Ferry Butterfly Park, we are a charity under Cheshire Wildlife Trust.

Any new but unwanted items we can use in the fundraising Tombola would be very much appreciated on the day smile
