More than 300 bands have been booked to perform at the Mathew Street music festival in Liverpool this year.
The six outdoor stages are to be themed on cultures which have influenced music in Merseyside.
The two-day music event, happening on 30 and 31 August, is the largest festival of its type in Europe, organisers said.
