Your customer satisfaction rating does seem to be a tad on the low side.
Because one person didn't read it was locked to orange, brought the phone then moaned when his sim wouldn't work! When he had an o2 sim. Because he didn't read the ad!
Secondly, a guy re calls me a week after I sold him my 3gs saying the menu button sticks. If it was a problem by me it would have been straight away.
People just deicde to blame the seller when in fact they either break something n want a refund n expect me to pay for something I didn't do. Or they don't read the ad.
Ridiculous to be honest and it makes me look bad when its not me at all.
