United Utilities wanted to put a new pipe into next door to replace a lead one, WBC told them they couldn't dig the pavement up as they'd only just put new Tarmac down, so, without asking, they dug a big trench across the front of the shop.

I've told them I'm not very happy about it, especially as they've replaced the concrete standing with a Tarmac strip, so just told me to get a quote and I can have it all replaced (nice of them).

Tempted to go for block paving

Anyway, does anybody on here do this work, it's about 5m by 2m

+ materials and a a few days labour. I know a few people who would do it for you, I'd say all in you'd be looking around the £1200 mark.
